Too easy
We dropped our bags off and picked them up 2 days later. Radical Storage was very easy to use and the people we dealt with were friendly. No complaints with the process or service.

Pretty Good
At first it was not a good start because the start time on Radical Storage said 10am and that’s when we needed our reservation to start. The place didn’t open until 11am and we knocked several times before someone came to the door, even though a guy was standing at the bar. We even tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. After we finally got in, it was a good experience and had no issues.
