First of all, your system is unfair to the customers. Before payment, you should tell the customer the locations and the storage time available.
When I first arrived at DHL shop without knowing booking is needed, the lady said the storage time will be until 1pm. Asked me to try somewhere else. We walked to the other shop but couldn’t find the shop. At~11am, used the apps. After payment of Euro13.5, we were told the assigned shop was the DHL shop, till 1:30pm. You better refund me.

When we came the owners were in rush and intended to refuse us, but changed their mind as we already paid. Space didn't look safe to be honest, but the price was fair and all our belongings were returned of course. Also pay attention to their working hours, they are closing at 6pm
