Baggage delivery went smoothly. However, there is only one receptionist, so you have to wait your turn in line with the line of non-baggage claim customers. I waited more than 30 minutes to be the fourth in line. I recommend that you allow plenty of time to get there.

荷物の受け渡しはスムーズに行えました。ただし、受付スタッフは1人しかいない為、荷物預け以外の客の列と一緒に並び順番を待つ事になります。私は列の4番目で対応してもらうために30分以上待ちました。時間にゆとりを持って向かうことをオススメします。

Both leaving and picking up the suitcase went smoothly, the service staff was helpful and courteous. This is a photo establishment, so be aware that if there is a lot of traffic, you have to wait in line along with other customers.
