I only gave one star because I couldn't have given it any less! We (four girls) booked to leave our bag from around 10:30 PM until around 9:00 AM, when we'd pick it up and catch the train. Before leaving, we called to inquire about the size of our luggage and discovered that, despite our pre-paid reservation, the luggage storage location only opened at 11:00 AM. So, we were off to a bad start, as if we hadn't called, we would have missed our train waiting to collect it. In the end, we 'arranged' with the owner to come and open the door for us at 9:00 AM, as per our reservation. We arrived at the station in Riccione and immediately went to drop off our luggage, only to discover that IT'S NOT A PLACE DESIGNED TO LEAVE LUGGAGE AT ALL, BUT A KEBAB JOINERY!!!!!!! We then asked them to show us where they would keep the bag, and obviously there was no locker with a key; they would just throw it in the kitchen... Of course, we refused and didn't leave the bag there, leaving us with the inconvenience of not knowing what to do at the last minute. BEWARE OF THIS LOCKER; moreover, we spoke on the phone with the non-Italian owner, who was obviously anything but kind. All this for the price of 11 euros and something.

Ho messo una stella solo perchè di meno non potevo mettere!!!!! Abbiamo prenotato (4 ragazze) per lasciare il borsone dalla sera circa 22.30 fino alla mattina ore 09 circa, orario in cui avremo ritirato il borsone per poi prendere il treno. Prima di partire avevamo telefonato per chiedere info circa la grandezza del bagaglio e abbiamo scoperto che nonostante la nostra prenotazione già pagata il punto di deposito bagagli apriva alle 11 alla mattina, quindi già qui siamo partiti male dato che se non avessimo chiamato casualmente avremo perso il treno per aspettare di ritirare. Alla fine ci 'accordiamo' con il proprietario perchè venga alle 9 ad aprirci come da nostra prenotazione. Arriviamo in stazione a Riccione e andiamo subito a lasciare giù il bagaglio e scopriamo che NON E' AFFATTO UN POSTO PREDISPOSTO A LASCIARE IL BAGAGLIO MA UN KEBABBARO!!!!!!! Gli abbiamo quindi chiesto di farci vedere dove avrebbero tenuto il borsone e ovviamente non esisteva un armadietto con una chiave ma lo avrebbero buttato lì in cucina.... Chiaramente ci siamo rifiutate e non abbiamo lasciato lì il borsone e ci siamo trovate con il disagio di non sapere all'ultimo cosa fare. DIFFIDATE DI QUESTO LOCKER, oltretutto parlato a telefono con il proprietario non italiano che è stato ovviamente tutt'altro che gentile. Tutto ciò al costo di 11 euro e qualcosa.

The storage place is inadequate. No sign outside. The staff was nice, but the image, location and its findability from outside the station are not adequate for the service.

Il luogo di deposito è inadeguato. Nessuna insegna fuori. Il personale è stato gentile, ma l'immagine, il luogo e la sua reperibilità dall'esterno della stazione non sono adeguati al servizio.
