Straightforward easy process. The guy at the reception desk at Hotel Scaletta was exceptionally grumpy but I still managed to get a ghost of a smile out of him. I guess he's just not too happy in his job but that doesn't affect the actual service and freedom of leaving your heavy bag somewhere secure for a bit. You need your QR code to pick up as well so don't delete the email after dropping off.

When arriving with the six bags I’d booked in, the staff member reacted as though that was too many. Not a great start. He did take the bags When collecting them they were lined up by the front of the reception area, not in a secure area as expected. Anyone could easily have taken them, particularly the rucksacks which were perched on top. Overall it didn’t feel that our bags had been stored securely.

I thought my baggage would be securely stored in a locker. There are no lockers. You have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs to the hotel lobby where you leave it with reception. When we returned to retrieve our luggage, it was still sitting there (thankfully) not attended.

Leaving my luggage was quick and hassle-free. Despite the flexible offer, the staff member asked when I planned to pick up my luggage. When I came to pick up my backpack, there was no one at the front desk (it’s a hotel) for 20 minutes; the luggage was right behind the counter, in a place accessible to everyone—anyone could have taken whatever they wanted. When an employee finally arrived, he handed me the wrong backpack (it wasn’t even similar, as it was a completely different color). Unfortunately, I don’t think luggage is completely safe at this location.

Pozostawienie bagażu było szybkie i bezproblemowe. Mimo oferty flexible pan zapytał kiedy planuję odebrać bagaż. Gdy przyszłam odebrać plecak to w recepcji (jest to hotel) nikogo nie było przez 20 minut, bagaże znajdowały się tuż za kontuarem, w miejscu dostępnym dla każdego, każdy mógł wziąć co chciał. Gdy przyszedł pracownik, to podał mi nie mój plecak (Nie był nawet podobny, bo miał zupełnie inne kolory). Niestety uważam, że w tym miejscu bagaże nie są w pełni bezpieczne.
