Like others reviewed before, no extra room for the luggage you want to store, just in front of the breakfast buffet table. We trusted that it's still there when we come back after 4 hours. And it was. There have been some technical issues. They couldn't virtually check in our luggage. After several attempts we should just go. There was a different guy at the hotel when we picked it up again. We got it back anyway. All in all ok, but be aware that it's not accessibe to people with disabilities.

Everything went very smoothly! At first glance, the luggage storage area might seem a little “scary” since it’s accessible to all hotel guests… but we didn’t have any problems with our luggage! I highly recommend it.

Tout s’est très bien déroulé ! Le lieu de dépôt peu au premier abord faire « peur » car l’endroit est accessible à tous les usagers de l’hôtel… mais nous n’avons pas eu de problème avec nos bagages ! Je recommande
