We had no problems leaving our bags. It was fast and efficient. But when we came back to pick them up, the store was closed, even though there were still 2 hours before their official closing time. We tried calling their support line, but it didn’t work. We ended up asking a lady at the food place next door, and it turned out that they are connected and she could give us our bags. Leaving this review so that others know this inconvenient “workaround” if they end up in a situation like this.

The staff was very friendly, and the lady efficiently picked up and returned our luggage. Unfortunately, the location is listed under a different name, and it took us a while to find the right place. The place could use a good cleaning—there’s a noticeable musty smell, and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there for very long.

Personel bardzo miły, pani sprawni odebrała i wydała bagaże. Niestety lokalizacja jest podana pod inną nazwą i chwilę zajęło szukanie odpowiedniego lokalu. Lokal powinien przejść czyszczenie, wyczuwalna jest wilgoć, nie chętnie było by tam zostać na dłużej.

Rezervace i komunikace s personálem ok, jen informace o přístupu by mohla být přesnější. Např. vchází se dvoranou Dworzec Zachodni, hned po schodech dolů, úschovna se nachází v podchodu.

Bardzo fajnie, że istnieje taka usługa. Na początku trudno było znaleźć miejsce pozostawienia bagażu (punkt usługowy w Poznaniu na PKP), ale na czacie w aplikacji bardzo szybko uzyskałam informację ze zdjęciem miejsca. Wszystko super i sprawnie.
