I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my experience at the luggage storage facility yesterday. The facility opened at 8:05 a.m. even though the advertised opening time was 8:00 a.m. Although the delay was only a few minutes, an explanation or an apology from the staff would have been appreciated.In addition, I was disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism of the employees. No greeting was offered to customers, and the overall attitude felt indifferent.
