I booked and paid for 9am to 10.30pm drop off and collect at L’Isle St Louis in Paris but it didn’t open until 10am and closed at 6pm. Rubbish! They have promised me a refund but I am yet to see any money coming back. Dissatisfied.

The restaurant was advertised as opening at 9.30am. We arrived around 10am and it was closed, we had to knock loudly and several times on the door for someone to arrive fortunately. The person seemed to discover...... and finally took the luggage. The suitcase was collected in the afternoon, this time without any problem. Néanmoins la valise était dans la salle au vue de tout le monde et accessible.
