1. I can't only use the confirmation email with QR code to store our bags, but we have to download the App, login and find the booking in the App. 2. The staff said our suitcase is too big, which is a standard flight check-in baggage size. They said a backpack is a normal size, a handbag is a small size. They said our check-in baggage is XL size and we should pay more. I explained the booking charged one bag one day but didn't specify the size or i didn't notice.
