App worked well, and took last second changes (phew!). The guy at the counter was helpful and friendly. It would have helped if there was something - a decal or a sign - to identify the 'little store' as a Radical Storage site; some confusion going in. But, the counter guy was wonderful! Made up for that friction point. Good value. Good service. (two and a half blocks from Amtrak King Station)

Read the other reviews. It’s one of the 24h markets and if you look on the windows outside of them, there’s a sign that tells you which one works with Radical Storage. Very easy once we figured that out.
