It wasn't clear when I booked that I wouldn't have a locker, I just stored in the common space of a locked and secure BnB. The comms were good but it was a little more complex than booking had made it out. Bags were safe though.

Friendly and attentive staff, but disturbing that there is no one there when you go to pick up the suitcase and after ringing the doorbell several times you have to pass a Whatsapp .

The luggage didn't feel safe at all because anyone could enter the room unattended and take the baggage! When we came there was no one there to check what we were taking.
