Innanzi tutto, sulla app ho prenotato e pagato fino alle 20.00 l'addebito ha detto che il servizio era usufruibile solo fino alle 19.00 se l'avessi saputo non l'avrei proprio preso ha detto che la società sbaglia sempre. È un negozietto con un addetto seduto nel soppalco e le valigie sono ammassate in mezzo al negozio, ho chiesto se aveva degli armadietti ma non ne aveva disponibili. Insomma qualunque persona poteva entrare e ritirare il bagaglio di qualcun'altro niente etichette niente
