I had a great experience storing my luggage there; everything was very well organized and the process was very simple, both for dropping off and picking up my luggage. Highly recommended!
Me fue muy bien guardando mi equipaje allí, tenían todo muy bien almacenado y fue muy sencillo el proceso, tanto de entrega como de recogida del equipaje. Muy recomendados!

Great and very efficient service. Booked the night before and staff very helpful and friendly in the shop where we left the luggage. Very close to the train station and therefore very useful indeed.

Nice people at the souvenir store, they gave us a numbered bracelet, took a photo and went on our way to explore Madrid weight free. They put our bags in a back room. Everything went smoothly.
