All worked well. Annoyingly this branch ticks ‘check out’ just after taking in your bags, which is not too reassuring - so that was the only less than ideal aspect. Otherwise did the job well

The guy from the first store was extremely helpful. He could see we would struggle with all the steps so sent us to the store around the corner. The guy in there was ok. Everything was ok with luggage when we picked the luggage up.

Easy drop off and collection, literally just across the road from King Cross station. Be aware its closed from 8pm which wasn’t an issue for me.
