Simple and efficient. Had no issues with my experience. Important note: the luggage store is down a narrow set of staircases, so you must be able-bodied enough to handle that on your own.

Everything went as should, great central location. Steep stairs though to storage basement from shop so possibly not ideal for anyone who is going to struggle to carry their own luggage up or down a curved set of stairs or with mobility issues.

No problems to find and the bag was returned safely. I was suprised they didn't use tags or some way to identify bags etc. Have to take the bag down a narrow staircase so may not be accessible for all.

So close to leister square. Quick and easy to use. Ideal for us as our hotel charged 15£ per bag to store after checkout.
