Easy to use the app. Stored at Cathedral gift shop (steps to left of main entrance steps). Felt very secure and shop staff very helpful. Shop was closed when we went to collect but a note told us what to do and our bags were returned to us by two very friendly priests along with a blessing!

Very convenient left luggage service. First time users should know that you need to take the steps to the church's souvenir shop. The steps are to the left of the main church entrance when facing the church from square.

Very easy to find once you realize that the Luggage Storage is AT the Cathedral! So, you just have to use the left stairs and enter a brown door. Very pleasant experience! Staff also!

As other comments mentioned - the storage is on the left from the entrance, use stairs to enter gift shop there, the storage is inside. The ladies inside was helpful and the price is okay
