Drop off location was not clear as the signage was at the end of a small alley. Two young ladies were outside watching for us though. They took our luggage, labeled them and gave us a card with a phone numberto use if pressing on the buzzer didn't bring someone to the door when we returned. Upon our return no one answered the buzzer and a neighbor chatting to a gardner said she would run into a different building to tell someone we had arrived. A custodian came out and gave us our suitcases. It all worked, but it was a bit convoluted.

Convenient location right next to the train station really friendly staff they’re open 24 seven and our bags were there when we got back so we could spend the whole day bag free it was awesome.
