We stored our luggage overnight, and the process was seamless. We reserved through the app, and drop-off and pick up went quickly. No items damaged. We will use Radical Storage again in future travels.

I think it is false advertising as the storage isn’t at the station. It is in fact either down 2 flights of stairs and across the road or walk 500 metres around.
Also didn’t like just handing my luggage over and not seeing it secured.
Thankfully I picked it up and pretty sure everything is there.

It was not really a locker or storage, it was a convenience store that took custody of luggage in its backroom.
We took it back quietly but, perhaps knowing this, we would have put locks on it for security reasons.
