It would be helpful if
1. it was clearly communicated that Radical Storage at Ingelheim station uses the DHL packing station as a storage location
2. a collection code would be generated automatically after storage and sent to the customer by email. I only found out mine on request and missed a train as a result.
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn
1. klar kommuniziert würde, dass Radical Storage am Ingelheimer Bahnhof die DHL-Packstation als Lagerort nutzt
2. Automatisch nach der Einlagerung ein Abholcode generiert und per E-Mail an den Kunden versandt würde. Ich habe meinen erst auf Nachfrage erfahren und dadurch eine Bahn verpasst.
