As others have noted, the location is a bit hard to find, but the staff were professional in their interactions and handled the storage process properly. From Helsinki Central Station, enter the passageway leading to the building marked “KAIVOPHIA.” After about 200 meters, you’ll emerge into an atrium with a staircase straight ahead. Enter the building through the entrance on your left, proceed straight, then turn right; the storage area is at the back on your right.

他の方も書いているとおり場所はわかりにくいですが、担当者のやりとりと預かりはきちんとしてました。ヘルシンキ中央駅から、「KAIVOPHIA」と書かれた建物の通路へ入り、200ｍ程で正面に登り階段がある吹き抜けへ出ます。その左手にある入口から建物内へ入り、進んで右折すると奥の右手が保管場所です。

The location was a little hard to find; it’s on the ground floor (1st floor), tucked away around a few corners. The owner is very nice, and dropping off and picking up my bags was very easy. The shopping center right next to the train station has a few stores and several restaurants.

Der Standort war etwas schwer zu finden, er befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (1. Stock) etwas um verschiedene Ecken. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und die Abgabe und Abholung waren sehr einfach machbar. In dem Einkaufszentrum direkt am Bahnhof gibt es ein paar Geschäfte und einige Restaurants
