Everything went well. The storage is easy to reach from the train station. It seems a bit scary to leave your luggage in the hallway. However, by taking photos of the luggage at the storage location, it was easy to identify it. The lady seemed a bit annoyed and short tempered, hence one star deduction.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Das Storage ist vom Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen. Es wirkt etwas unheimlich, das Gepäck im Flur abzustellen. Durch das Fotografieren der Gepäckstücke am Ablageort konnten diese aber gut zugeordnet werden. Die Dame wirkte etwas genervt und kurz angebunden, deshalb ein Stern Abzug.

At first a little pessimistic; after handing in the packages (professionally with barcode and photo of the luggage) we were happy to be able to drop off the luggage so quickly and without complications around the corner at Hamburg main station. Erst etwas pessimistisch; nach Abgab der Packstücke (professionell mit Barcode und Foto der Gepäckstücke) waren wir froh die Gepäckstücke derart schnell und komplikationslos um die Ecke beim Hbf. Hamburg abgeben zu können. Die Zustände am Hbf. und die Anzahl der Schliessfächer geht gar nicht! So konnten wir den Tag mit n HH noch genießen. Abholung klappte ebenfalls problemlos. Danke!

I came across this storage location because there were no more lockers available at Hamburg Central Station and the hotel is nearby. The luggage is stored in a narrow corridor right at the entrance to the hotel. A lady 'guards' the luggage and scans the QR codes. Everything was fine so far, but I don't know if I would have left my luggage here if I had read the bad reviews of the hotel beforehand. The prices for storage were too expensive

Ich bin auf diesen Lagerort aufmerksam geworden weil im Hamburger Hbf keine Schließfächer mehr verfügbar waren und das Hotel in der Nähe liegt. Das Gepäck wird in einem engen Flur direkt am Eingang des Hotels gelagert. Eine Dame 'bewacht' das Gepäck und scannt die QR-Codes. Alles soweit in Ordnung, aber ob ich mein Gepäck hier abgelegt hätte wenn ich vorher die schlechten Rezensionen des Hotels gelesen hätte weiß ich nicht. Die Preise für die Aufbewahrung waren zu teuer
