We were a bit put off by the hotel’s appearance, but the QR code was scanned straight away and photos were taken of our suitcases. Everything went very smoothly when we collected them too. It’s a brilliant idea to store suitcases like that.

Wir waren von dem Aussehen des Hotels etwas verunsichert, aber es wurde sofort der QR Code gescannt und Fotos von den Koffern gemacht. Auch bei der Abholung ging alles sehr reibungslos. Tolle Idee um so die Koffer zwischenzulagern.

As the lockers at Hamburg Central Station were completely full, I stumbled across this luggage storage facility on the spur of the moment and was surprised to find that I could still drop off our bags there within 30 minutes. It’s right next to the station and the luggage is stored in the stairwell of a hotel. When we arrived, it looked a bit chaotic at first, as there were already so many suitcases there. But the friendly lady managed to find space for ours; I don’t know how many more arrived after us. In any case, it was a great help to us and I can highly recommend it. Picking up our luggage was also quick and hassle-free.

Nachdem die Schließfächer im Hamburger Hauptbahnhof komplett überfüllt waren, bin ich spontan auf diese Gepäckaufbewahrung gestoßen und war überrascht, dass ich dort noch innerhalb von 30 Minuten unser Gepäck abgeben konnte. Es ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof und das Gepäck wird im Treppenhaus eines Hotels untergebracht. Als wir dort ankamen, sah es zunächst etwas chaotisch aus, da schon sehr viele Koffer dort standen. Aber die freundliche Dame hat unsere noch untergebracht, wieviele noch danach kamen, weiß ich nicht. Es war uns jedenfalls eine große Hilfe und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Auch die Abholung ging schnell und reibungslos.

Even for the luggage is just in the entrance of the hotel, a little bit exposed the service was good and everything super fast! I would use this service again.
