The location doesn't exist. After making my reservation, I opened the Google Maps link that was provided with my booking confirmation. There's a bank at the location, but no place to store luggage. I then contacted customer support, who only responded after half an hour. At least the refund of my booking fee went smoothly.

Der Ort existiert nicht. Nach meiner Reservierung habe ich den Google Maps Link geöffnet, der mir mit meiner Reservierung mitgeteilt wurde. An dem Ort ist eine Bank aber kein Ort, um das Gepäck zu lagern. Anschließend kontaktierte ich den Kundensupport, der mir erst nach einer halben Stunde antwortete. Die Rückerstattung meiner Reservierungskosten hat wenigstens problemlos funktioniert.

It went very well. Customers should know that it is handled by the store clerk and not locked up individually. I had to ask a neighbor to find the location as it looks like a convenience store from the street. No cash etc. Only through the app.

Booked flexible pickup to catch a train, but after arriving post-9AM the store was open yet locked. The owner answered my call but wasn’t onsite and could only alert a teenage staff member, who arrived later but was rude, unacceptable for a tourist service. Address info is outdated. Missed my train due to delays, defeating flexibility. No refunds, only credit. Owner was empathetic, otherwise 1 star.
