Booking the storage was excellent. A simple process and also easy to make changes. The downside was the very surly man at the counter when we dropped our bags off. He didn't instill confidence that our luggage would be cared for. Actually, it was fine, but there is no need to be so unpleasant to your customers.

Très bien. Peu rassurant parce que la boutique a décidé de fermer 1h juste avant que nous recuperions nos bagages. Pas très rassurant mais serieu car il a respecté l'horaire d'ouverture convenue pour avoir nos bagages à temps.
