The man I spoke to was very pleasant and answered my questions.
There was a system glitch and the luggage storage period wasn’t extended, but the man confirmed that my luggage would be held for me; even though my flight was delayed, I was able to collect it later that night.
A lovely luggage storage facility – I can’t recommend it highly enough.
