Staff were friendly and helpful. Had to wait a few minutes both mornings when dropping off luggage as lots of people hiring bikes for the day. But otherwise absolutely fine. Be careful of store hours though, this is not a 24/7 site. Saturday pick up was by 4:30 and not 5pm as stated on the website when booking.
