Convenience is quite an important factor when using a service. In this case, everything was fine except for one thing: the luggage had to be carried down the stairs. Given that I have back problems, I really did not appreciate having to do that. Users must be informed about accessibility prior to booking, so there is a clear understanding of whether the storage location is at ground level, or if luggage needs to be carried up or down the stairs.
