Not a local shop with toasted and automatic booths, but a local shop that keeps your luggage with the QR code of your reservation. That's why I had a hard time finding it. But the guy was very nice and I had no problem to deliver and pick up the luggage. He is reliable.

No un local con cabinas brindadas y automáticas, si no que es una tienda local que te guardan el equipaje con el código QR de la reserva. Por eso me costó encontrarlo. Pero el chico muy amable y no tuve ningún problema para entregar y retirar la maleta. Es fiable.

Dropping our bags was so much easier than I thought it would be. They scanned my QR code at drop off and took the bags then scanned again at pick up and gave them back. All with smiles and courtesy. I will use them again before w leave.

Very good experience, I couldn't pick up my suitcase in the evening and left it overnight as well, when I returned the next morning the attendant didn't have change for the extra payment (just 5€) and didn't even charge me for it. The environment does not convey much security, but it is hidden in an alley and I had no problems

Ottima esperienza, non sono riuscito a ritirare la valigia la sera e l'ho lasciata anche per la notte, al mio ritorno la mattina dopo il custode non aveva il resto per il pagamento aggiuntivo (appena 5€) e non me l'ha fatto neanche pagare. L'ambiente non trasmette chissà quanta sicurezza, ma é nascosto in un vicolo e non ho avuto problemi
