The homeless people nearby were loud and intimidating. I feel bad for them, but they shouldn't be scaring tourists. Other than that it was fine.

Convenient location, easy to use, affordable. Staff was very sweet. Took less than 5 mins to drop off and pick up. Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s inside a souvenir shop. My bag was locked away in a back room and they made me show my purchase email plus a photo they had me take of the bag before I was allowed to retrieve it. Super secure

Pros: Location close to Boston Common and easy to book on app. Cons: I thought my luggage would be securely locked somewhere, but it was placed in the back of the store where any customer could have accessed. Also, picking up your bags was basically honor system - anyone could have grabbed any bag and claimed it was theirs. Makes it difficult when there are similar looking pieces of luggage.

First time user here. there was a glitch in the system. I booked last minute & when I showed up I hadn’t received an email nor did it show in the app. It did show in Apple Pay so he verified the time I booked and length of time & allowed me to drop off my luggage. I received the email later & I figured out why it didn’t show in the app. I was not logged in using my Apple ID & used Apple Pay. Later I logged in using my Apple ID & it was there. Lesson learned & a great experience exploring Boston luggage free
