Super easy....perfect location if you're taking the train from Bilbao. The staff person at the store was super helpful with luggage and with directions around the city.

fairly easy to find, staff friendly enough. hours were a little short (had to pick up by 17.00) so i still ended up having to carry a heavy bag around for the evening, but a few hours of relief were very helpful.
