Excelent location. Very close to the station and convenient if you want to visit the Osaka Botanical Garden. The process was smooth and quick. The place is very safe and staff is gentle. 100% Recommended.

We had to leave 1 piece of luggage for 1week while travelling around japan so we needed this service as the train lockers only keep it for 3 days . The drop off was easy and the pick up as well. You just needed the qr code. The center is for luggage handling services so it was trustworthy . The ladies were really nice

Had a little issue finding it (it inside the shop) as it was first time using the service. The lady was nice as we had to pick few things from bags mid trip and she had no problem bringing them back temporarly.
