The experience was good overall, they were friendly and there were no incidents. When we booked we did not know where the location was, and in the end it was a bar. The bar was the first time doing this service and they were not very familiar with the process. They left our suitcases and backpacks on the side of the bar, with two chairs in 'barrier' mode. This made us feel insecure and we do not consider it to be a professional or 100% safe service.

La experiencia fue buena en general, fueron amables y no hubo ningún incidente. Al reservar no sabíamos dónde estaba la ubicación, y finalmente se trataba de un bar. El bar era la primera vez que hacía este servicio y no conocían muy bien el proceso. Nos dejaron las maletas y mochilas en un lateral de la barra, con dos sillas modo “barrera”. Eso nos generó inseguridad y no consideramos que sea un servicio profesional ni 100% seguro.
