휴대폰으로 예약을 보여주고(QR코드가 스캔되지 않음) 이름과 전화번호를 구두로 알려주는 것으로 체크인을 완료했습니다. 영수증도 받지 못했고 앱에 가방을 맡겼다는 표시도 없었습니다. 가방은 공공 쇼핑 구역에 방수포를 느슨하게 덮은 채로 보관되어 있었는데(가방의 측면이 보임) 안전하지 않은 것 같았습니다. 마지막으로, 제가 가방을 찾을 때 직원들은 신원 정보를 전혀 확인하지 않았습니다. 그냥 '이게 네 가방이냐'고 묻고 가방을 들고 나가라고 했어요.

Check in was completed by showing my reservation on my phone (qr code not scanned) and verbally providing my name and phone number. No receipt was given and the app never indicated that our bags were dropped off. The bags were kept in the public shopping area with a tarp loosely draped over the top (the sides of the bags were visible), which didn’t seem secure. Lastly, they didn’t check for any identifying information when I picked them up. They just asked “are these your bags” and let me walk out with them.

훌륭하고 안전한 로컬 스토리지

Great, local, safe storage

사람들은 친절하고 효율적이었고 사이트가 우리 숙소와 가까워서 우리가 먹고 싶었던 브런치 장소에서 모퉁이만 돌면 나중에 관광할 수 있는 페리 부두와 공항으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있는 튜브를 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다. 이상적입니다. 도착 시 사용했으면 좋겠습니다. 밴쿠버에서의 멋진 마지막 날에 감사드립니다!

People were friendly and efficient, site was close by our accommodation so we could walk there, just round the corner from the brunch place where we wanted to eat, near the ferry pier for later sightseeing and the tube for easy transfer to the airport. Ideal, just wish we'd used it on arrival. Thanks for our lovely last day in Vancouver!
