Everything went smoothly. They helped show me which mobile app to download and then the package delivery went quickly. The package pickup was also smooth, I didn't have to wait long for it.

트레비소 WOOD의 위치는 이상적입니다. 공항에 짐을 보관할 수 있는 시설이 없기 때문에 비행 전에 하루 종일 시간을 보내야 했고, 아름다운 도시 곳곳에 짐을 들고 다니고 싶지 않았기 때문에 중심가에 짐을 맡기는 것은 당연한 일이었습니다. WOOD의 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 저희를 완전히 예상하고 QR 코드를 스캔하고 짐을 잠그는 것만으로 끝이었어요. 돌아오는 길에 공항으로 가는 택시도 기꺼이 불러주었어요. 정말 고마워요!

The location at WOOD in Treviso is ideal. As there are no facilities at the airport to store luggage, we had a whole day to kill before our flight and didn't want to haul our cases all around the beautiful city: leaving them somewhere so central was a no-brainer. The team at WOOD are super friendly and helpful. They were fully expecting us, and scanned the QR code, locked our luggage away and that was it. On our return, they were happy to call a cab for our journey to the airport Thanks guys!!
