혹시 모를 경우를 대비해 자물쇠는 직접 구매해야 합니다. 직접 가져오지 않는 한 말이죠. 사물함은 허술한 합판으로 만들어졌고, 래치도 조잡합니다. 관리자가 항상 있는 것은 아니며, 외부 문이 잠겨 있어 관리자가 나타나기로 결정하는 것에 전적으로 의존해야 합니다. 그렇긴 하지만, 우리는 5분도 채 기다리지 않았습니다.

You have to purchase your own lock unless you happened to bring your own. Lockers are flimsy plywood with cheap flimsy latch. Attendant was not always there, and the outer door is locked, so you are at the mercy of the attendant deciding to show up. That said, we waited less than 5 mins.

이 서비스를 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. '유연한' 반납 시간을 위해 예약을 하고 추가 요금을 지불했습니다. 예약 후 바로 취소해야 했지만 웹사이트에는 취소할 수 있는 방법이 없고, 픽업 장소에서도 취소할 수 없었습니다. WhatsApp으로 연결해 주는 챗봇과 대화했지만 아무런 도움을 받지 못했습니다. 고객 서비스 센터에 이메일을 보냈더니 반납 시간이 없는데 반납 시간 1시간 전에 취소하지 않았기 때문에 취소 및 환불이 불가능하다는 답변을 받았습니다.

I would not recommend this service. I made a reservation and paid extra to have a “flexible” drop off time. I needed to cancel soon after making the reservation but there is no way to cancel on the website and the drop off site cannot do it either. I communicated with a chatbot that referred me to WhatsApp but got no help. I emailed customer service and got a response that I couldn’t cancel and get a refund because I didn’t cancel an hour before my drop off time when I had no drop off time.

산타바바라 스테이트 스트리트의 위치는 완벽했어요! 직원들은 친절하고 정중했어요. 추가 보안을 원한다면 자물쇠를 꼭 챙기세요. 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다.

Location on State Street in Santa Barbara was perfect! Staff was helpful and courteous. Be sure to have your own lock if you want the extra security. Would definitely use again.
