This was our first time using a luggage facility and it was great. The people were very friendly and helpful. I'd tried using an app, from another company, but it wouldn't recognise our location. Radical Storage found us a place very near Edinburgh Museum. Perfect!

While we were asked to leave the luggage out in the open, the area were we picked them up was secure and remote, so they move them immediately. Make sure your bag is easily recognizable as you have to find it amongst a pile of other bags when picking up.
