장소는 괜찮았지만, 딱히 특별한 점은 없었어요. 짐을 잘 보관해 줬고, 흠집 하나 없이 돌려준 게 가장 중요하죠. 제 이메일에서 QR 코드가 제대로 불러오지 않아서 와이파이 비밀번호를 알려주지 않으려던 직원이 마음에 들지 않았어요. 직원 말로는 온라인으로 취소하고 현금으로 결제해야 한다고 했지만, 저는 이미 온라인으로 결제한 상태였고 인터넷도 연결되지 않았습니다. 다행히 스크린샷을 찍어 둔 덕분에 직원이 QR 코드를 읽어볼 수 있었습니다. 예약은 환불이 불가능해서 두 번이나 돈을 내야 할 뻔했으니, 다소 사기성 있는 태도라고 생각했습니다.

The place was alright, nothing special. They saved the luggage and gave it back intact which is the point. I didn't like that the guy didn't want to share the WiFi password as the qr code didn't load on my email. He said you have to cancel online and pay with cash but I have already paid for it online and didn't have internet. Luckily I had taken a screenshot and he was able to read the qr code. A bit of a scammy attitude as the booking is not refundable so I would have paid twice.

Dropped my luggage here while waiting for a check in. Joe and Barklie let me stay in from the rain and hang out. Really nice shop, great couple of guys, and good coffee. Would recommend with or without luggage.

We were visiting the Griffith observatory and coming from our hotel in Anaheim. Dropping off at rotex Western Inn was super easy and quick. We were as to drop it off and keep our same Uber since they waited. We would highly recommend using this service.
