우수한 서비스

Excellent service

서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 로마에 많은 위치가 있습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 로마 시내에서 보관 서비스를 찾는 시스템이 훌륭하지 않다는 점이었습니다. 제가 찾고 있던 서비스를 제공하는 업체들의 구체적인 주소나 이름이 없어서 주변을 돌아다니며 시행착오를 겪어야 했습니다.

The service was excellent. Plenty of locations in Rome. Only issue was that the system for locating storage services around the city wasn't great. I didn't have a specific address or name for the places of business that offered the service i was looking for, i had to go by trial and error a bit around the area

Safe and reliable

Very friendly staff, very convenient service. The company could avoid familiarizing itself with its customers and calling its employees “Angels” would save it from being a caricature of the startup nation.

Personnel très aimable, service très pratique. La société pourrait éviter de tutoyer ses clients et appeler ses employés des "Angels" cela lui éviterait d'être une caricature de la startup nation.

I needed to store my luggage for half a day after checking out of the B&B. I found this depot right next to the metro stop and very close to the place where I was staying, it allowed me to enjoy Rome in peace and comfort.

avevo bisogno di depositare il bagaglio per mezza giornata, dopo aver fatto il check out dal B&B. Ho trovato questo deposito proprio accanto alla fermata della metro e molto vicino al posto in cui alloggiavo, mi ha permesso di godermi ROma in tranquillità e comodità.
