안전한 서비스와 버스 정류장 근처라는 좋은 입지 조건을 갖추고 있습니다. 외부에서 보기에는 잘 보이지 않아, 정확한 주소를 찾기 전에 근처에 있는 다른 시설에 정보를 물어보아야 했습니다.

Safe service and good location near bus station. It not easily visible from outside, we have asked information to other near activitiesbefore reaching the right address.

전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 수하물을 맡겨 두었다가 예상대로 찾아갈 수 있었습니다. 하지만 제공된 안내 방식은 다소 불쾌했습니다. 예약할 당시에는 그곳이 (좋은 리뷰가 많은) 카페라고 소개되었는데, 예약이 확정되자 회사로 표시되어 있었습니다. 그 때문에 장소를 찾는 데 어려움을 겪었고, 결국 그곳은 아이스크림을 파는 카페로 밝혀졌습니다.

Generally, the experience was positive. I had my luggage stored and could pick it up as expected. Yet, I found the orientation provided irritating. When I made the booking, it was suggested the place was a café (with many positive reviews). When the booking was confirmed it was iindicated it was a company. I, therefore, had problems to find the place which in the end turned out to be a café selling ice-cream.

예약은 쉬웠지만 위치가 헷갈렸어요. 건설 회사라고 했는데 젤라또 가게였어요. 혼란스럽고 답답해서 찾는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 전화번호도 제공되지 않아서 가게에 전화할 수도 없었어요.

It was easy to book but the location was confusing. It said it was a construction company, but it's a Gelato shop. Which was confusing and frustrating and took a while to figure out. There was also no phone number provided, so I couldn't call the shop.

수하물을 맡기기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다. 다만 수하물은 자물쇠가 없는 뒷방 옷장에 보관된다는 점만 유의하세요. 가게에 드나드는 사람이 거의 없어서 꽤 안전해 보였습니다.

Great place to store luggage. Just be aware the luggage is stored in a back room closet with no lock. The shop gets minimal foot traffic so it seemed pretty secure.

직원들은 손님들의 짐을 도와주기보다는 카페에만 집중하는 것 같았습니다. 가방이 있다는 것을 분명히 알았음에도 다른 업무가 우선시되는 동안 저희는 기다리게 되었습니다. 또한 짐이 어디에 보관되는지도 알려주지 않았고, 설명 없이 카운터 뒤로 짐을 가져가서 설명을 요청해야 했습니다.

Staff seemed primarily focused on the café rather than assisting guests with luggage. Despite clearly seeing we had bags, we were left waiting while other work was prioritised. We were also not shown where our luggage would be stored; it was taken behind the counter without explanation, and we had to ask for clarification. It was also really difficult to find the store - Some signage would be helpful.
