The QR code did not work when depositing the bag, but with some help from the garage employee we managed to get access through the code supplied. When collecting the bag, QR, manual code etc would not work at all, garage was closed and I was potentially stuck 150 miles from home without my belongings. Using the chatbot, I eventually received a release code which was different from the one originally supplied, on the way home an email with this new code arrived in my inbox. Very very stressfull
