Great experience! I strongly recommend that!

Nice store with very kind staff who were extremely careful with the process and even reminded me to take picture of my bags. They store the bags in a separate hidden room which felt very safe. The location is also perfect, right by the train station and the triumphal arch. Was a bit hesitant before booking as iv’e heard a lot about robberies in Paris, but could not recommend this location more. First time using radical storage as I usually prefer lockers, so do not know how other locations are

We stored our bag there, rather than luggage it around. When you click on the location button on the order confirmation, it is incorrect, it takes you to a different souvenir shop just around the corner. Apart from that small issue, they were friendly and it was easy, maybe a bit too easy if thats possible, bit disconcerting just leaving your bag in a shop, but there were no issues and we were very happy. We needed to extend the time needed for them to store our bag, I emailed the baggage company they got back to me within 10 minutes saying that it would not be an issue, so very pleased. I would recommend.

Nice and easy...also helped getting a taxi to the airport. Very helpful excellent service.
