숙소에서 체크아웃한 후에도 도시에서 여유 시간을 더 즐길 수 있게 해주는 훌륭한 서비스입니다. 예약 절차는 매우 간편했고, 사물함은 기차역 승강장에 바로 위치해 있었습니다. 짐을 찾으러 갔을 때 QR 코드 하나가 작동하지 않았는데, 일요일이라 서비스 센터에 전화를 걸 수 없어 라이브 채팅을 통해 문제를 신고했습니다. 이 때문에 잠시 당황했지만, AI 상담원이 순식간에 문제를 해결해 주었기에 기꺼이 이 서비스를 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

Great service to one can still enjoy some extra time in the town after checking out of the accommodation. The booking process was effortless and lockers were right on the train station platform. When we checked our bags out, the one QR code didn't work and it being a Sunday, we couldn't call anyone at the service center, but we reported out problem on the live Chat. This caused some stress, but the AI agent knew how to solve the issue in no time so we'll gladly use this service again.
