수하물 보관소는 나폴리 중앙역(Napoli Centrale) 근처 타바키(Tabacchi) 매장 안에 있었는데, 저희에게는 안성맞춤이었습니다. 오전 8시가 조금 지나서 아무런 문제 없이 수하물을 맡겼습니다. 직원분이 QR 코드를 스캔하고, 가방 사진을 찍은 뒤 보관해 주셨습니다.
오후 6시경에 다시 방문했을 때, 수하물을 빠르고 효율적으로 찾아주었습니다.
단 한 가지 사소한 점은, 저희에게는 별다른 지장이 없었지만, 웹사이트에는 오후 8시까지라고 표시되어 있음에도 불구하고 도착했을 때 점포 직원이 오후 7시에 문을 닫는다고 알려주었다는 것입니다.
전반적으로 직원들도 친절하고 훌륭하며 편리한 서비스였습니다. 이 매장과 서비스를 확실히 추천하고 싶습니다.

Very impressed with this luggage storage service. We needed a last minute place to leave our bags so we could enjoy our final day at the beach, and I booked this location at around 7:30am.
The storage point is inside a Tabacchi store near Napoli Centrale, which was perfect for us. We dropped our luggage off just after 8:00am with no issues. They scanned our QR code, took photos of our bags, and stored them away.
We returned at around 6:00pm and our luggage was returned to us quickly and efficiently.
The only minor point, although it didn’t affect us, was that we were told on arrival the store closes at 7:00pm despite the website showing 8pm.
Overall, a great, convenient service with friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend this location and service.
