The location is theoretically very good but, as non usa-tourist, I will say that this alley and the place itself look a bit sketchy. I aas a bit worried about going there and leaving my stuff there. But the lady working there was actually friendly and helpful. I didn’t like my pick-up though. When I arrived for the pick-up (as discussed), the door was locked and I hadn’t received any email with the code to open the door. I knocked on the door but nobody opened it. It was really very stressful, as I thought that I won’t get my luggage back at that moment, which I really needed to go to the next place in my schedule. If you book here, make sure you get the door code before leaving.

The check in and check out was easy and fast

Super cheap and easy to use! Felt so safe leaving our bags here while we went about our day in Hollywood! Would recommend! Love from Australia ????????
