Super easy and convenient for both drop off and pick up

The service was great, my bags were safe and the staff was really nice. The only problem is finding the place, it is totally not where it says on the maps. So fixing that would make the experience a lot better, cause I walked an extra 30 minutes just to find the place.

I requested to change location for my booking. They gave me a coupon code so I can book at the different location. It turns out the other loaction does not have the same operating hours and does not work for me. I requested a refund but Radical Storage is refusing it. Their webiste says I am eligible for a refund up to one hour before my check-in time. They are refusing my refund over a week before what my check-in time is supposed to be and the coupon is usesless because their hours do not work for me. Edit: They have now refunded me but it was a hassle to get it.

Usung this luggage storage at I love socks was the best thing we could have done on our last day in Las Vegas. Our flight was scheduled for a 9:30 pm departure and after checking out of our hotel at 10:00 AM, we didn't want to spend our last day towing our luggage all day. The luggage storage at I love socks is right off the strip and held our luggage for a low fee. When we picked up our luggage, the luggage was all there and had been kept secure and safe. I definitely recommend using the luggage storage at I love socks.
