Très serieux, bien situé

Service is superb .

Booked storage for exact time, but when came back to pick it up, the shop was closed. We called the numbers on the shop - no answer. No direct call with RadicalStorage either. We spent about 15 minutes there - our bus was leaving in half an hour and we got a bit stressed, But thankfully the guy just arrived with his sandwitch to open the shop. It was a close call.

This location is so convenient to the Port Authority, and I was confident our luggage was safe! After reading other reviews, I chose this smoke shop (first time I have ever been in one) because the luggage is stored out of view of customers. There are other storage options in the area of the Port Authority, but people who used those say the luggage is in the open where anyone can access it. Dropping off and picking up our luggage was quick and easy. We had a QR code that was scanned when we arrived, we took a photo of our luggage that we were leaving with them, and we left. Picking up our luggage when we returned to Manhattan was just as easy, and there were 3 pieces of luggage that we didn’t have to take on the bus with us for our 4-day trip to New Jersey! Customer Service at Radical Storage was awesome! I originally reserved and paid for 4 pieces of luggage, but ended up only needing to store 3 pieces. I had to make and pay for a new reservation, then Radical Storage refunded me for the cancelled reservation. It was all done before we got off the cruise ship, and the Customer Service agent made it so easy! It’s a bit pricey when you have multiple bags stored for multiple days, but it is such a great option when you are away from home and don’t want to handle luggage that you don’t need. I would use Radical Storage again, if paying for storage is my only option. My biggest issues are not knowing where you are storing your luggage until after you make the reservation, and whether your luggage will be locked up in a secure space or left in the open. Fortunately for me, a reviewer had a picture of the outside of the smoke shop, and I could find it in relation to the Port Authority. Read reviews before you choose.
