There is no signage for radical storage, so it's confusing to find at first. I was very hesitant to enter the kebab store. Upon pick up, I did get a greasy hand handling my luggage, which was also not ideal. Thankfully, my luggage is plastic and was easy to wipe clean. Had it been fabric and color, I would have been a bit upset. Otherwise, the gentleman dealing with me was very friendly and professional. I should also mention that pick up time can be a bit lengthy if arriving during dinner.

Felt sketchy entering a kebab place with no markings whatsoever for the luggage storage. There were no lockers or special rooms to store the luggage. I even didn't have a lock as I wasnt planning on leaving my luggage anywhere. Despite my concerns, I trusted, and the experience (thankfully) was a safe one. The gentleman dealing with my drop off and pick up was kind. Should be noted that you also need your QR code to pick up, and it can be very busy depending on the hour you return. Be prepared to wait and have your QR code ready.

This is based at Istanbul Bites. There's no signage, no tickets and the guys operating the service seemed surprised by my arrival. My suitcase was simply kept behind the counter. It was convenient when all the train station's lockers were in use and the two guys I dealt with both seemed pleasant.
