正直なところ、星4.5です。改善の余地があります。預け場所に着いた時、担当者は私の言っていることが理解できていませんでした。マネージャーに相談した際も、意思疎通がうまくいきませんでした。最終的にはすべてうまくいき、荷物の対応もしてもらえました。必ず荷物の写真を撮影しておきましょう。

4.5* really. There is room for improvement. When I arrived at the storage location the person in charge didn't know what I was talking about. When they spoke to the manager there was miscommunication. It all worked out in the end and my bag was taken care of. Always have a photo of your bag.

バッグは奥の部屋に保管されており、鍵がかけられ、高い場所に置かれていました（水が溜まって濡れる心配はありません）。預け入れと受け取りはとても迅速で簡単でした。

Bag was stored in the back room, locked and on an elevated surface (no chance of standing water getting it wet). Drop off and pick up was very quick and easy.

荷物の預け入れと受け取りは完璧でした！！スタッフの方に自分が誰か伝える必要さえなかったのに、すでに荷物を置く場所を案内してくれました。また利用しますし、今後友人にもおすすめします！

Drop off and pick up went perfectly!! I didnt even have to tell the lady who I was and she was already showing us where to put our luggage. Will use again and refer people in the future!

This was a brilliant choice for us. 5mins walk from the train station. The women were really nice and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend here to anyone travelling to Brindisi.

立地も良く、手荷物の取り扱いも丁寧でした。併設されているレストランと同じく、9時から営業しています。ベルシーのすぐそばで、見つけやすいです。特に問題はありませんでした。

Bon emplacement et bonne prise en charge du bagage. Ouverture similaire au restaurant au quel il est rattaché donc 9h. Facile a trouver, à coté de Bercy. RAS.

バスターミナルから徒歩5分の場所にあり、スタッフは親切で気配りが行き届いています……しかも、ここはおいしいレストランでもあるんです。お持ち帰りのポルトカロピタも買いました。本当にありがとうございました！
