Its a tiny convenience store that barely have room to store luggage but they do seem to have someone on guard all day. My only complaint is they didn’t tag the luggages for pickup identification as mentioned on the website. When we picked up our luggage, they didn’t even check IDs or anything but the attendant seem to just remember us and our luggages. It’s such a great concept just need to add a bit more security to the process and a designated room to store luggages instead of the public areas of the store. Definitely worked for what we needed.

This was our first time using. Storage location was very convenient to our rental. Owner of the store was super friendly. Drop off and pickup were easy! Will definitely use again!

Great place to stow your bags in the north end for the afternoon.

Location was very close to the Amtrak North Station. However the location was not easily recognized. The gentleman was friendly and we dropped off our luggage and picked it up without issue. He scanned our QR code and took pictures of the luggage. I can’t say for sure if our luggage was placed in a locker, but we got it back ok. I wouldn’t leave anything of value I. My bags.
