Originally I made a reservation near MECA, unfortunately we couldn’t find it from the address they gave. We looked around for 10 mins and even asked the shops and FLIXBUS drivers, and called the storage number but it can’t be contacted. All the people we asked t said they never know there’s a luggage storage nearby the bus station. So I use the chat service of radical storage about my situation and the staff immediately relocate me to a new luggage storage. I informed him that as much as possible I want it near the bus station because I’m going to catch a night bus and he didn’t disappoint me. Thank you very much. However, it would have been if we can talk to the staff over the phone also, instead of chat. Chat it will take a while.
